Rodrigo y Gabriela is a Grammy Award-winning Mexican acoustic guitar duo formed in Mexico City by Rodrigo Sánchez and Gabriela Quintero. Renowned for virtuosic and explosive performances fusing flamenco rhythms, rock, and heavy metal dynamics—anchored by Quintero's percussive body-tapping techniques and Sánchez's rapid-fire melodic leads—the duo won the Grammy for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album (Mettavolution) and released acclaimed albums including 11:11 and In Between Thoughts… A New World. They tour premier amphitheaters internationally, including Greenfield Lake Amphitheater in Wilmington, North Carolina.
