JOHN CAFFERTY & THE BEAVER BROWN BAND

John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band is a heartland rock group formed in Narragansett, Rhode Island, in 1972. The band broke through with its music for the 1983 film Eddie and the Cruisers, whose single On the Dark Side reached number seven on the Billboard Hot 100, and followed it with the top-40 album Tough All Over in 1985.
